The land acquired by SYP was an old orchard site sloping down a hill which brought some physical challenges. These were successfully resolved through clever design to optimise the natural surrounding natural environment and valley views. The residents of this boutique community of 23 two-storey townhouses also benefited from ESD measures such as solar powered hot water and crossflow ventilation. The location has easy access to Westfield Doncaster, Ruffey Lake parklands, excellent schools and to the expressway to the CBD.
