SYP has secured a corner land holding in Spencer St West Melbourne, a short walk from the historic Flagstaff Gardens. Planning permit has been approved for boutique work space offices and retail catering to the young, vibrant small to medium enterprise businesses that service the central Melbourne CBD.

SYP is currently reviewing plans to introduce wider mixed use that would include residential apartments to service the demand for housing adjacent to the CBD and major transport hub to support city workplace and community.
